Rule #20

Develop good relationships with marketing professionals who work in other specialty areas.

As someone with a wide range of capabilities, I know how hard it can be at times to be everything to everyone all the time. It makes sense to develop partnerships with other professionals in the same field who can answer those specific questions or handle contract/overflow work when business is a bit too good.
